| Seating Policy |
| All seating assigned on the coach from front to back as
final payments are received. |

| Refund Policy |
| Late cancellations could result
in partial refund, based on expenses incurred by the agency. |
|
| One Day Trips |
| All payments are due 45 days before
departure, no deposit is required for the one day trips.
In order to stay on schedule, it is best to be on the coach
at lest 10 minutes prior to departure. |

| Multi-Day Trips |
| Deposit is due at the time of booking
and the final payment due date is listed at the end of
the trip description. |

| Responsibility Statement |
| Francis Travel and Tours acts only
as an agent for the various suppliers that provide hotel
accommodations, transportation and other services for the
duration of the tour and cannot assume any liability for
injury to person, damage to or loss of personal property
or luggage and accident or delay due to any arrangements
or other services connected with the tour or by the act
of default or any hotel/motel servant or proprietor. Persons
not capable of independent travel must be accompanied by
a companion who will assume responsibility for assisting
the person. The right to cancel any tour prior to departure
is reserved and Francis Travel and Tours will only be responsible
to refund in full all payments made by the customer. We
may alter the itinreary at any time if circumstances warrant
this change. |
